Our experienced Island team carry out planned repairs, adjustments and maintenance on existing windows, doors and conservatories - whoever originally fitted them. Please note we are not an emergency locksmith or lock-out service.

From a single failed sealed unit to refurbishing a whole conservatory, we repair and maintain all major systems - including installations we didn't originally fit. All work is carried out by appointment with one of our experienced engineers.

About replacement glass units
Replacement glass units are manufactured to the exact specification of your existing windows and doors. They therefore need to be measured during the initial appointment before a fitting appointment can be arranged - they cannot be fitted on the first visit.
We'll confirm timescales with you at the assessment stage so you know exactly what to expect.

How a repair appointment works

Initial inspection visit
We visit your property at a time that suits you to assess the issue, identify any parts required and recommend the most appropriate solution.

Repairs & adjustments
Broken handles, faulty hinges, window and door adjustments, lock mechanism servicing and general maintenance can often be completed during the initial appointment where suitable parts are available.
- 03
Made-to-measure replacement items
Where replacement glass units or bespoke components are required, these are manufactured to suit your existing windows and doors before a follow-up appointment is arranged for installation.
